1. Insurance & Privacy

Housing Advisor is fully insured.

Your privacy matters to us. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

All information you share with us is kept strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of providing our services.
2. Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, you may reschedule within your membership period, subject to availability.

Refunds will not be issued for missed or delayed appointments.
3. Membership Services

Memberships run for the agreed duration (e.g. 4 weeks) starting from the date you book.

Membership clients may contact us during working hours (10am–8pm). We aim to respond within these hours, though response times may vary depending on demand.
4. Appointments

Initial appointments are 30 minutes. On occasion, appointments may run over.

Appointments may not always begin at the exact scheduled time. Calls will always take place within the working hours of 10am–8pm.

If we cannot reach you at your scheduled time:

Membership clients – we will attempt to call, then send a WhatsApp message, and follow up by email.

Non-membership clients – we will attempt to call and follow up by email.

5. Advice Disclaimer

Housing Advisor provides housing and benefits advice to the best of our knowledge and experience.

Final decisions rest with you, the client, unless you have purchased a full advocacy service, in which case we will liaise directly with third parties on your behalf.

We cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from advice provided, as implementation and final decisions remain with the client.
