By making a booking with Housing Advisor, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Booking Policy.

1. Insurance & Privacy

  • Housing Advisor is fully insured.

  • Your privacy matters to us. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

  • All information you share with us is kept strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of providing our services.

 

2. Refunds

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, you may reschedule within your membership period, subject to availability.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed or delayed appointments.

 

3. Membership Services

  • Memberships run for the agreed duration (e.g. 4 weeks) starting from the date you book.

  • Membership clients may contact us during working hours (10am–8pm). We aim to respond within these hours, though response times may vary depending on demand.

 

4. Appointments

  • Initial appointments are 30 minutes. On occasion, appointments may run over.

  • Appointments may not always begin at the exact scheduled time. Calls will always take place within the working hours of 10am–8pm.

  • If we cannot reach you at your scheduled time:

    • Membership clients – we will attempt to call, then send a WhatsApp message, and follow up by email.

    • Non-membership clients – we will attempt to call and follow up by email.

 

5. Advice Disclaimer

  • Housing Advisor provides housing and benefits advice to the best of our knowledge and experience.

  • Final decisions rest with you, the client, unless you have purchased a full advocacy service, in which case we will liaise directly with third parties on your behalf.

  • We cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from advice provided, as implementation and final decisions remain with the client.
